If camping, good food and better music spark your interest, Green Mountain Bluegrass and Roots Festival is worth your while. The four-day festival in Manchester features an assortment of bluegrass, roots, and Americana music. The festival strives to showcase a spectrum of classic names and those from the newest generation. While you don’t have to camp, the festival grounds provide ample room for both tent and RV camping. Once you enter the festival itself, a slew of choices await with the best food, craft beer and other local vendors.

While the festival has been canceled for the summer of 2020, keep this gem in mind for your next trip to Southern Vermont.
